1Acceptance of Terms

Accessing, registering on or using the Win1win Platform in any way means you accept these Terms in full. Your acceptance begins on the day you first access the Platform and continues for as long as your account remains active.

Remember

2User Eligibility

3Account Registration
3.1 Registration Details
The information you give when registering must be true, accurate, current and complete. That means your full name exactly as it appears on your official ID, an active mobile number registered to you, a valid email address and your correct date of birth. Giving false or misleading details is a serious breach of these Terms.
3.2 One Account Per User
No individual may hold more than one active Win1win account at a time. You may not open a second account with different details, from another device or through a different internet connection. Win1win uses advanced technology to spot duplicate accounts, and once such fraud is found, every account involved will be suspended.
3.3 Account Security
Keeping your password and account secure is entirely your responsibility. Win1win suggests that you:
- Pick a strong password that you do not use on any other platform
- Turn on two-factor authentication (2FA) for extra protection
- Keep your login details to yourself and never share them
- Tell Win1win support straight away about any suspicious activity
3.4 KYC Verification

4.2 Withdrawal Policy
You can only withdraw to a bank account or e-wallet held in the same name as your Win1win account. Under no circumstances does Win1win permit withdrawals to third-party accounts — this is a compulsory anti-money laundering measure.
Each withdrawal must be at least MYR 50. When every condition has been met, including any bonus wagering requirements that apply, your withdrawal is processed within 15 to 30 minutes.
4.3 Additional Verification
For withdrawals above certain limits, or whenever security calls for it, Win1win may ask for more verification documents. These can include bank statements, proof that you own the card, or further identity checks.

5.2 No Bonus Abuse
Win1win runs a sophisticated system to catch attempts at bonus abuse. What Happens If Bonuses Are Abused
Where bonus abuse is confirmed, Win1win may cancel the bonus concerned, take back every win obtained with it, and suspend or close the accounts involved without giving notice first.
5.3 Bonus Validity Period
The terms of each promotion state how long its bonus stays valid. Any bonus not used by the end of that period expires automatically and cannot be claimed again. Checking and using your bonuses in time is your own responsibility.
6Game Rules
Every game on Win1win runs on a random number generator (RNG) that an independent third party has verified and audited, so each round is fair and transparent.
6.1 Technical Issues
If something goes wrong technically while you play — such as a dropped internet connection, a server failure or a software error — Win1win will try to bring the game back to its last recorded state. Where that cannot be done, the bets affected will be returned to your account balance.
6.2 Errors and Anomalies

7User Conduct

- Selling or sharing your account with someone else

Breaking any of these rules can lead to your account being suspended or closed immediately, the loss of all balances and wins held in it, and legal action if needed.

9Account Suspension and Closure
9.1 Closing Your Own Account
You can close your Win1win account whenever you like by contacting the support team. Any outstanding wagering requirements must be completed first, and any eligible balance will be paid to you through your registered payment method within a reasonable time.
9.2 Suspension by Win1win
Where there is reasonable cause, Win1win may suspend or close any account without notice. Reasonable cause includes suspected fraud, a breach of these Terms, a request from the relevant authorities, or the need to protect the platform's integrity.
9.3 Inactivity Period
An account with no activity for 12 months in a row is treated as inactive. Before acting on an inactive account, Win1win will email a notice to the registered address. Any balance in an inactive account still belongs to the user and can be claimed back by contacting Win1win support.
10Limitation of Liability
Win1win provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Although Win1win works to keep the Platform running without interruption, it does not promise that the Platform will always be free of errors, uninterrupted, or able to meet every specific need you have.
As far as applicable law allows, Win1win is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive losses that arise from using or being unable to use the Platform, including lost expected profits or lost data.
Maximum Liability
Under no circumstances will Win1win's total liability to you be more than the total you deposited in the 30 days before the claim in question.
11Changes to These Terms
At its sole discretion, Win1win may update, amend or replace any part of these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by registered email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before they take effect, unless an emergency calls for immediate action.
The "Updated" date at the top of this page shows when these Terms were last revised. Please review them from time to time, as this is your responsibility. Continuing to use the Platform after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
